High Five for Friday

It's Friday and time for another week of H54F!

Each week, we feature a blogger from our link up the past week. Kate at Green Fashionista blogs about a variety of things, including how she just finished an annual pass to Disney! Pretty awesome if you ask me.

Now for the H54F goodness:

1. We were up a good while with an inconsolable child. I was read to go to the ER she had me so freaked because she's never cried that way and for so long. Luckily, we figured out she must be cutting teeth, and a LOT even though most aren't showing yet. Should be an interesting next couple of weeks.

2. As of next week, I will no longer be a stay at home mom. That feels so weird to say. Right now I will only be working part time, which I think is the ideal situation for us. I'll be home most of the time with Juliet still, but we will still be getting the extra bit of income that we need.

3. I've got the house project itch. We recently did a pretty huge project that I can't wait to share as soon as we get a few small details finished. Even though I love it, I'm ready for my next one! I may have to settle for a few organization projects for now, so stay tuned the next few Tuesdays for some great projects as part of my Project Organization series.

4. I scored big time at the JC Penney clearance earlier this week. Two sweaters and a top for $15!  You really can't beat that.

5. I went to a party for the Ava Anderson cruelty free products last night, and wow. I seriously want to throw everything I own away and use her product line. You should check out her products and more info on all the toxins in our daily products here.

How was your week? I'd love to hear from you!

Bloggers – ready to join in the link up? In case there’s anyone new to the game, here’s what you do!
Just write a blog post about 5 things that made this week awesome! It could be 5 memories/highlights, 5 pairs of shoes you wore, 5 “good job” comments you got, or 5 pieces of chocolate you scarfed down when no one was looking.
Add the link to your post below, then grab the button to link up to H54F! And don't forget to read some of the other wonderful bloggers that will be linking up, too.

  2. Woohoo for home projects. Love them! And sorry for all the teeth cutting. That's just not fun. But if she's doing a bunch at once, you won't have teething issues for a while, I guess? Positive spin! :) Hang on!

    1. Yeah, she seems to do them in bunches so that's kind of a blessing and a curse at the same time. Just hoping it gets done soon so she can be happy again :)

  4. Hopefully the teething process isn't too bad!! My little man is in the same boat right now :( On the positive side, it means a lot more cuddles! :)
