High Five for Friday

Hooray for another Friday and another link up!

This week's featured blogger is Becky from BYBMG. She was actually our gift card winner the first week, too! Lucky duck, I think the random chooser just really loves her ;)

I love reading Becky's blog, and especially loved her post on the maternity wardrobe basics this week! If you are expecting or may be in the future, definitely a good read. Make sure you check out her blog and show some love today.

Now, the H54F goodness:

1. Today is a real high five for me because I'm done with my work week! Going back to work went a little smoother than I expected, but I am still glad that I will only be part time. I miss my little munchkin too much.

2. This week was light on posts to say the least, so to make up for it, I've got an awesome Chalkboard Tutorial planned for tomorrow! Make sure you stop by and check it out.

3. I need more dress clothes, bad. The last time I worked in business professional attire  I was pregnant, so I think a shopping trip will be in order this weekend.

4.  Thank you to everyone for the kind words and encouragement on Monday's post about our recent family loss. Miscarriage makes you feel like you're all alone and thanks to many who have reached out since I posted, I don't feel that way anymore.

5. I'm excited to get back to my normal schedule today of being home with Juliet. I've got a ton of housework to do, but I may just sit down and play with her most of the morning. Who could resist that face?!

I'm also linking up with Diary of a Real Housewife, oh, Hey Friday, Meet @ the Barre and A. Liz Adventures
How was your week? I'd love to hear from you!

Bloggers – ready to join in the link up? In case there’s anyone new to the game, here’s what you do!
Just write a blog post about 5 things that made this week awesome! It could be 5 memories/highlights, 5 pairs of shoes you wore, 5 “good job” comments you got, or 5 pieces of chocolate you scarfed down when no one was looking.
Add the link to your post below, then grab the button to link up to H54F! And don't forget to read some of the other wonderful bloggers that will be linking up, too.

  2. Caitlin! I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Just remember that sometimes there's a bigger plan for us than we even are aware of. Go treat yourself to that shopping spree this weekend. :)

I love shopping, it's just too bad it would be something other than specific work clothes.

    1. She freaks out like the pigtails are torture while I do them, but then as soon as they are in she's fine. It's so funny :)

    1. Thanks for being a part of it! :) Dress clothes are like the last thing that I want to spend money on because they really aren't as fun as other clothes.
