Ava Anderson NonToxic + Giveaway!

If you join us for High Five for Friday, then you saw that I mentioned my new business venture with Ava Anderson NonToxic. I'm so excited to get to share a little more about it with you today!

Basically, as I mentioned a few months ago, I went to an avaHOUR party my friend Maylyn put on. I didn't really know a whole lot about all the issues with toxins in our beauty products and cleaning products, just that I wanted to use more natural options. I thought I was doing pretty good using Seventh Generation and brands of that nature.

The crazy thing? They've still got toxins that are very detrimental to our health! Although they do rate better than more conventional products, it still blew my mind that I wasn't avoiding the stuff that started me on this journey in the first place.

So, I tried a few of the Ava products and have been hooked ever since. Not only are they truly all natural and toxin free, but they actually work well and are affordable. (Just check out their rating from the EWG!)

I've become so passionate about this message that I decided to become a part of this amazing company so I could share with everyone I know about this important information.

The great thing about the majority of these products is that they are multi-use and last such a long time.

There is seriously so much to cover, one post just won't do it justice. So, I've decided to start a blog series on Mondays called  "Living a Non-Toxic Life."  It won't just be about Ava products, but also about the issues with all of the junk that's in our daily products, including our food.

And here is the best part!
(Drumroll please)

Want to read more about the toxins affecting us in our every day lives? Here's just a few resources to start with:

  1. Very interesting! We always look for more natural and nontoxic ways to clean the house, mostly because while we know better not to lick the counter, our dogs do not (always!) We switched to a steam mop for this reason 2 years ago and haven't looked back. It's so much easier than a traditional mop and bucket, too! -Dorrie @ Bear Den Plantation

  2. So excited about this giveaway! I would love to win!

  3. I think the statistics are pretty shocking, honestly.
